Just be. Don't try to control, don't force anything, no regrets, no worries. Accept and be. Sometimes the present moment isn't always comfortable. That's okay. If you are uncomfortable, then be uncomfortable. Give yourself permission to experience whatever the present moment contains.
Just be, however you are feeling in the moment. If a lesson is presented to you, it's okay to experience sadness, frustration, and anger.
If there is sadness, then be sad. If there is anger, then be angry. If you are feeling sadness, it doesn't mean that you as a person are defined by the sadness. It is just an emotion passing by. Observe the sadness. Give yourself permission to experience it. And when the sadness passes “which it will” you will see all that remains is love. Remain mindful that these are just temporary emotions. You are not your emotions. You are the love beneath them.
Happiness doesn't come from trying, denying, or controlling. Happiness is effortless. It comes from being. Just be.
