Im always all about the random photoshoots, specially when outfit colors hit and go with things that are abound and around. When i saw the red pants, i knew it would go with the green background…thankfully was happy to oblige and we were able to snap a few good ones.

How do you to turn something that’s been photographed to death alive?
Car photography for me is about the vibe. How you can create a vibe with color and the dance between shadow and light is the story I’m always looking to tell.

Byodo-In Temple Oa’hu Hawaii.
Probably one of the most favorite places I’ve been to shoot and really immerse myself in the setting was Hawaii. This was built to replicate the 900yr old temple in japan to commemorate the first Japanese immigrants. Whats cool is this whole temple was built entirely without using nails using traditional Japanese building methods.

Adobe recently did an update on in Lightroom. Glad i always shoot in raw so i went back to old trips and photos i never got the chance to edit. How do you like these?

Caught in a LA state of mind.
I love shooting long exposure shots with light trails from moving cars. One of my favorite movies of all time is TRON, so I always have that vibe when I’m out in DTLA in the midnight hours shooting. Here’s a shot from one of my look outs off the 405fwy.

Happy Earth day 🌎
To honor Mother Nature I edited some photographs I of her creations along my journeys near of far. Because earth is such a big place to take in all at once, shooting to find an artistic approach to define nature is a big part of my style. Coming home to edit and really tell the feeling of the capture through light and color has been a metaphorical meditation process that is forever evolving for me as I learn new ways to story tell or edit.

These were the only photos we got to take for . We had planned to do a studio style photoshoot around week 35…but baby Makayla decided to come out early at 34weeks. It has been a wild ride but we are both excited for the new chapter and journey ahead of us. Having these fun but important moments photographed has allowed us to revisit movements when things were moving too fast to savor the moment. Whether its with a phone for an expensive camera, i always say…capture the moment.
