I have been reading Dr. Peter Attia's book, Outlive, the science of Longevity. He has several takeaways to living longer and being healthier. The number one thing he keeps coming back to is exercise. The exercise has to be both weight lifting and aerobic. He has lots of stats to prove it. Then it is nutrition and sleep.

So, to really get into exercise you need to get equipment or join a gym. I am lucky to use my home gym and Helen and I go to Forever Fit Gym. For those in the Longview area I would be glad to meet you and introduce you to getting healthy. Only 28 percent of Americans exercise.

My old trail camera quit working. Bought a new one at Bob's. Did some research but could not find much. Did not want to pay for Internet. The clerk at Bob's knew even less. So, I picked up a Bushnell. I set it up on the trail two days ago but not happy about the focus. They seem to walk out of the picture before it takes the photo. I will try again. Looking to see what is wandering around behind the house. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.

I love Then & Now photos, recreations. At the Roadster Show I spotted a 1965 Mustang with the same lady, 1965 and 2024 sitting on the same car and fender.

what I love about these car shows is walking around and getting the stories. We met Rachel Place in the drag race area. She started racing at age 8 and is now 12. What a great story. She races with her family and grandpa. Neat little gal.
