Interrupting the greens on your feed with this beautyđŸ€Ž

Late summer means the air gets a little colder. The sun sets a little earlier. But the beauty of the earth and new life never ends.

Fall is such a beautiful season here in the mountains. I’d be so honored to capture your journey through falling in love, motherhood, and all the wonderful stages in between that make up your life ~ because your life is worth documenting

After being in business a year and a half, I am immensely grateful to have been nominated for the Poconos’ Community Choice Awards! As a small business, things like this mean so much and also help my business grow exponentially.

I got into photography as a way of preserving the fleeting moments of life. Most of my passion is rooted in the rawness of motherhood and the belief that nothing lasts forever: which is both a comfort and a heartbreak. I have had the honor and privilege of stepping into so many lives and witnessing their connection with the souls they love the most - which is the most beautiful part of life.

Thank you to everyone who has supported my passion and, above all, the business that allows me to support my daughter.

If you’ve worked with me and have a moment to vote for me it would mean the world♄ you can vote once a day through this link!

Being able to document a pregnancy is one of the biggest honors of my life, next to being my daughter’s mother.

Not only does life start here, but pregnancy is the most life changing thing a living being can experience. When i was pregnant with my own child my OB told me that each pregnancy changes you from the tips of your toes to the ends of your hair. It’s my job to document the most transformative time in a woman’s life? How lucky am I?

And it’s even more of an honor when i get to witness one of my closet friends experience this new journeyđŸ€ and i get to capture her in the strongest yet fiercely feminine stage

The drive home from your session is when I feel most at peace.

I think about how lucky I am to get to meet so many new people who do so many different things. I think about how adorable your son was picking flowers for mommy. How your little girl belly laughed when you tickled her neck. I think about how humanity is all connected while I drive home to my little girl ~ all is well with my soulđŸ€

And many times, i will pull over in a McDonalds drive through for a crispy diet coke and to snap a quick pic of the clouds☁

Spring used to be the season i liked the least. No snow to play in, no fun fall festivities, still too cold to swim. What’s awesome about that?
But somewhere between my childhood ache for excitement and becoming the mom in the relationship I found the joy of springtime: new life. And i must say, new life is addictive. That’s why we’re drawn to smelling the flowers and growing our families.

If you live in the mountains you know how long winters here can be, especially this year. So enjoy the sunshine, embrace the spring, celebrate new life, let things get a little messy, and don’t forget to water the grass đŸȘŽđŸƒđŸŒ· because the grass grows best where you water it

Watching families like this beautiful one grow will forever be the best part of my jobđŸ„č

The day I became a mother, my life changed forever - and completely for the better đŸ€

I may not remember the state capitals anymore, but I can tell you her favorite song this week. I may look tired, but I was her safe place all night long. The sink is full of dishes, the laundry hamper is overflowing, and somehow my heart has never felt fuller. There is nothing I wouldn’t do for her.

From the moment I found out I was becoming a mom, I knew I had found my purpose - and I know so many other mothers feel the same. To all the moms who have invited me into their rawest, most intimate moments and trusted me to document even a small piece of their journey through motherhood: thank you. It means more to me than I can put into words.

This is exactly why I’m so passionate about documenting the illuminating journey of motherhood and the primal bond between a mother and her child. Because this little girl is my whole world, and I know your children are yours too.

From one mom to another, Happy Mother’s Day đŸ’—đŸ“đŸŒŒđŸȘ»

Bring me your ideas. Even if it feels silly. Even if you’ve seen it done before. Even if you feel it isn’t “aesthetic.” Even if it’ll be a challenge with the kids. Even if it’s different. Even if you’ve never seen it done before.

Mariah told me she had this idea that she couldn’t get out of her head: a pizza night at home with her family for her 1/2 baked maternity photos. It felt natural to her and something her family would do on the reg, which is what i adore! A simple evening doing something you would normally do with who you love to do it withâ™„ïžđŸ•

I cannot wait for all the creative sessions this summer! Bring me all your ideasđŸ„č let’s roll in the sand, jump in the lake, play in the garden, feed the chickens, split an ice cream. All the special memories you want in your albums! You want your photos to feel like you, so why not do something you would usually do with the ones you love? đŸŒŠđŸ«›đŸ§ƒđŸŒž

They’ll never be this small again. Those little feet that kicked your belly will grow stronger. Those tiny toes that you pretended to eat to get some giggles will change. But the memory? The feeling? That will stay with you forever.
