That day my very close friend finally agreed to go on a hike, or as I called it, the run of death, and I ended up practically crawling across the narrowest of passes high above the hills of Santa Clarita. It was terrifying! But she held out her hand and I made it across.

Which do you prefer? BW or color?

Four years later, at the insistence of my sister-in-law, I picked up the album given to me last Christmas, gouache and watercolors that have been assuming the form of a tube-shaped rock and let the pencil dance. A geometric, contained version take on automatic painting, first assigned the designation of an art form by the Surrealists some 100 years ago. My sister-in-law christned these collectively as "the Kriskas". Kind of Cortazar's Cronopias and Famas.
This one's about 12x18. All the ones that came before her are just itsy-bitsy 3x5.
What should I call this "Kriska"?
