Monmouth Square, Eatontown New Jersey July 2025
In July, demolition of the old Monmouth Mall was nearly complete, some foundations were nearing completion and earthwork was continuing.
This particular drone video doesn't focus on before/after construction progress. Instead it shows the various construction processes that occur simultaneously. It's very interesting to see how the contractors and sub-contractors work together to maintain progress, efficiency and safety.
Utilizing drones significantly contributes to the entire process, every step of the way through the construction life cycle.
Particular drone services include recording demolition, producing topographic surveys, calculating cut/fill volumes, recording construction progress over time, recording materials on site or missing from the site and identifying safety concerns and site conditions. When the project has been completed, drones are great for producing as-built drawings and marketing/advertising media.
