The 24 was originally centered in Los Angeles around the Rampart area at Beverly and Rampart Boulevards in California. It was often said that "Everything entertainment happens in the 'ECHO PARK.'" So essentially, the " MR24HRS PRODUCTION " represents the epicenter of Hollywood.
