***Episode Four — Tell the Snow It Got Its Due***

Cold bites first.
Then it stays.

Snow packs the boots, steals the feeling from his hands, tries to convince him to lie down and disappear. Pain argues. He keeps moving anyway.

No speeches. No prayers.
Just breath, step, breath, step.

This isn’t winning.
It’s refusing to quit.

The snow takes what it can—skin, strength, time.
It doesn’t get the rest.

He doesn’t beat the cold.
He outlasts it.

Tell the snow it got its due.

***Episode Three — Should’ve Stayed Home***

He knew it the second he saw him.
That look. That pause.
The kind that tells you the world just shifted sideways.

Nobody reached for iron.
Didn’t need to.

Some lines don’t show till you step past them.
Then they’re all you can see.

This wasn’t bad luck.
This was a choice finally catching up.

The road back closed the moment he left.
Home didn’t miss him.

He should’ve stayed there.

Now the land’s got his name.

***Episode Two — Shook ’em Off for Now***

The noise fades.
Boots move again. Lungs remember how to work. For a moment, it feels like escape.

But this isn’t victory. It’s recoil.

Whatever was chasing him lost the trail—for now. The dust settles just long enough to lie to you. To suggest distance equals safety. It doesn’t. It never does.

Survival buys time, not absolution. Every step forward drags the past behind it, faint but persistent, like tracks you forgot to erase.

He didn’t win.
He just lived long enough for the next consequence to catch up.

Temporary isn’t safe.
It’s just quieter.

***Episode One: Draw***
The ignition. A hand hovers where instinct wants release. Eyes lock, measuring cost. No shot breaks the silence—yet something irreversible happens anyway. Fate fires first. This episode teaches the rules: hesitation is an action, restraint has weight, and every future move will collect interest. The gun stays cold. The moment does not.
