This introductory class allows new skaters with little or no prior skating experience to build confidence while learning to skate. This first stage teaches the fundamentals of ice skating and provides the best foundation for hockey. Skaters will be introduced to forward and backward skating and stops. Fun and games make this experience for your kids positive, enjoyable and memorable.

National Weather Service did not issue Tornado warnings or watches for Franklin County dispite the possibility of actual tornados might had touched down. No tornado sirens aired.

The situation is getting worse. Radar data is now experiencing significant delays, with data not arriving on time due to the ongoing outage. The AWS bucket appears to be experiencing major issues, further impacting the flow of critical weather data.

Additionally, multiple National Weather Service offices are reporting communication issues, adding another layer of problems.

⚠️ AND NOW, WEATHER ALERTS ARE BEING DELAYED BY 40+ MINUTES.

Some alerts are appearing after the warning or watch has already expired, creating an extremely dangerous situation for anyone relying on mobile weather apps or Emergency Alert System (EAS) notifications.

As of 5:20 PM CDT on August 11, the National Weather Service and NOAA are dealing with a major outage affecting weather communications, radar data, and alert dissemination.
