As a husband and wife team, we love the time we spend with couples beginning their journey together. We often refer to engagement and formal sessions as a “double date.” We consider our wedding clients friends and look forward to getting to know you as we document and tell your wedding story. Our draw to photography is, in large part, a fascination with light. The way light paints a scene, models
a bride’s elegant face like a master sculptor, or highlights the details of a stunning wedding dress. It's rewarding to take a photograph and see how off-camera flash combined with the beauty of the sun’s rays, or other forms of natural light, creates a timeless work of art. We've spent many hours and invested a considerable amount of money attending classes, studying and perfecting our style/art. We have gained strong understanding of exposure, lighting, and composition. We delight in capturing those precious candid moments such as a father's tears running down his cheeks as he dances with his daughter following her wedding, and it’s heartwarming to tell a wedding story though a creatively posed portrait of the bride and groom. We love the whole wedding photography process, from the first time we meet with couples at a local eatery (where we buy treats!), to editing your wedding day images. We relive your wedding day over and over as we pour through your photographs, enhancing them and zooming in on each one to check your eyelashes for sharpness. It’s amazing how much we learn about you and how well we get to know you by viewing your photographs. You will relive and adore your wedding as you flip through the pages of a timeless leather bound wedding album that we custom-design for you. After your photo shoot, the most time consuming part of our work begins. We take the RAW files – the digital version of a film negative – and enhance your images. We carefully make adjustments such as color and contrast to each image. We remove facial blemishes and other distracting elements, so your images truly impress. Despite the effort we put into enhancing your photos, our normal delivery time is only 2-3 weeks for digital files. We offer images in a high-quality digital format with a print release, so you can create large beautiful prints without limit. Your images are offered in canvas prints, traditional prints, and wedding albums. Photo print labs are not all created equal. We utilize professional labs that are focused on quality unlike some of the box store labs. Your family, friends and future generations will adore your wedding photographs displayed as enlarged prints and/or canvases on your wall.
