I keep coming back to this thought…
Working moms are doing something that honestly doesn’t have a word big enough for it. It isn’t balance. It isn’t multitasking. It’s just this quiet relentless act of loving deeply and building something real at the exact same time with no off switch and no pause button and absolutely no instruction manual lol!

And what gets me is that their kids are watching all of it. Not the hard moments necessarily. Just the image of someone who shows up. Every single day. For them and for the family and herself at the same time.

I think about that a lot on the days when the juggle feels like too much.
If you are somewhere in that beautiful messy middle right now, I just want you to know that what you are doing matters so much more than it feels like on the hard days. 🤍✨

If you’re a mom wondering whether it’s too late to start something new, get ready with me, let’s talk about it. 💄

This year I decided to take content seriously, and honestly? It was terrifying. I’m not 22 and fearless. I’m a mom of 4, in my thirties and starting something brand new at this stage of life felt a little insane! I was soooo hung up on what people were doing to think I did nothing for 2 yrs! This year it kept coming up and I kept coming back to one thought: if not now, when? The kids aren’t going to get less busy. There is no perfect, quiet, well-rested version of me that’s going to magically appear haha. So I started scared. Messy. Imperfect.

And it’s genuinely been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. If you’ve been thinking about starting something new but scared and too nervous to pull the trigger let’s have a little hype girl moment haha. What did you start (or want to start) this year?👇

If being seen online scares you, I need you to know who’s talking to you. 💖

I’ve built a bakery into Costco, sat across from five investors, closed 80 locations with a BILLION DOLLAR company. None of it scared me the way hitting post on my own face did the first time. I was terrified, like wanted to cry terrified and I did it anyway.

A real thought while I get ready today. đź©·
Let’s chat about identity because it feels like such a weird thing haha. I keep thinking about how many versions of me exist, the board meeting one, the bridal hair and makeup one, the one who bred dogs, the one who closed a bakery she built for 6 years. I feel like I’m 36 and lived like 10 lives! I was like ya know what… None of them disappeared…they’re just quieter.
This social media/UGC thing isn’t a new me. It’s an old version of me trying something she hasn’t done yet. I know I’m not the only millennial mom feeling this way haha! How many lives do you feel like you’ve lived? 👇🏻I’m at 5 🤪
