Proof that you can still have magical photos even if your kids have zero interest in smiles 🤎 This sweet family session started in a studio and ended up with a walk around downtown Logan. It honestly turned out perfect. Grateful for families that are willing to trust the process 🫶🏼

When this sweet fam asked me to take their photos with the newest addition, I couldn’t have been more thrilled! I first met them when they had their second and to see all the kiddos grown up felt like a really special full circle moment. Like a little chefs kiss from the universe 🤌🏼

As a family photographer who values connection more than anything else, here’s what I would tell you:

Please, please stop worrying about whether your kids are going to cooperate. (90% they’re gonna do their own thing and that is 👌🏼)

Some of the most meaningful photos I’ve ever taken have happened in the middle of the chaos.

Your kids don’t need to perform. You don’t need to be perfect (literally no such thing).
The chaos translates as a life LIVED and felt to the fullest. 🫶🏼

If connection over perfection speaks to you, we’ll probably get along just fine. ✌🏼

The sweetness is almost too much. Families are one of my very favorite things to photograph and this is the reason why. The love is so palpable and so easily communicated through the lens. Somehow it still shocks me and makes me giddy. 💛
