Proud to announce our newest way of giving back to our schools. We’ve teamed up with one of our local schools offering 5th grade posters at their Moving Up Ceremony. A portion of sales goes to schools activities fund.

No we are not in trouble…quite the contrary 🙂. An important and sweet reminder of why we do what we do at Proud Images. We photograph our future public leaders and servants at their proud moments in our communities. Mikey, an awesome guy, athlete, Garfield lover and now proudly serving Garfield as Police Office stopped by to say hello and check his banner displayed on our store front!

At Proud Images we are not perfect. Over the course of 10+ years of our business and 20000+ parents and families served we learned a lot and continue to improve. One thing we will never compromise on is: Taking every concern, feedback input to the heart and make sure is solved promptly and turn it from a frustrating to a happy experience. In this post we highlight and appreciate one of those experiences.

There is no words to describe the sense of gratitude we feel here at Proud Images when we receive such feedback. We ain’t perfect but if there is one thing we aim to be perfect is TO CARE about loyal parents buying pictures from us, our school partners, our communities! Thank you to all of you out there who take time out of your busy day to let us know how glad you are with us.

💙 Honoring Safety and Compassion 💙

We’re proud to support Mrs. Mazzola’s VIC Card District wide Initiative at Christopher Columbus School #8, created in memory of Mr. Victor Hrebeniuk — a beloved Garfield School District employee.

The VIC (Vital Information Card) helps every Garfield School District staff member carry essential emergency details, reminding us that safety and care go hand in hand.

We recently discovered a major production issue that affected some of our photo orders. As part of our commitment to quality, we are reprinting everyone’s photos at no cost — and upgrading each to one of our highest packages to make things right. 💛

We’re aware there’s been discussion in some community Facebook groups about this. While we’re not part of those groups, please know that we take full responsibility and are already working hard to ensure every family receives photos they’ll love and be proud of.

We’re incredibly thankful for the patience, loyalty, and support we’ve received from so many families. If you need assistance or have questions, please contact us directly — it’s the only way to reach our team:
