Unfortunately Logix has closed permanently. Like many small businesses we struggled through COVID and finally had to just close for good.

It’s been a great 45 years and I remain quite proud of running a successful business for so many years.

Tha good news is a very reputable Kodak and Epson dealer bought us out. They are Southpoint Photo and their contact info is on the front page of our web site.

They are not however DNP resellers at this time. I have some left over DNP supplies available. No DS620. I do have some RX1 and DS820 kits for sale. Also a new DNP SL620 SnapLab system. The SnapLab is priced at $1500. Supplies are discounted as well. You can email me at:

I am very pleased to announce Logix is open for business and able to offer our full line of services from supplies to technical support. Our hours remain 8-5 Monday to Friday. We are shipping products every day and our store front is open for will call pick-ups.

To keep both you and our staff safe we have changed some of our store policies. For example, we only allow one client in the office at a time for pick-ups. We also ask you wear a mask when in the store. Upon request, we will also do a delivery to your car upon arrival.

As many of our customers are involved in Event Imaging and Photo Booth operations we know you will be coming back on line at a slower pace than we can. Know that we will be here for you when you need us. I have great confidence we will get through this together. Detroiters and Michiganders have a great “CAN DO” spirit and it shows every day throughout our community.

Well the coronavirus continues however I’m pleased to see that some areas of the country are starting to see a decline in new cases. Hopefully Michigan will see that as well in the next little bit.

That said, I’m not encouraged Michigan will be able to “re-open” on April 14th as planned. I think we will see a delay in that timetable.

NEW!! DNP has just announced that 5x7 media will soon be available for their RX1HS printers. Sold as a case of two rolls, each with 400 5x7 images for a total of 800 prints per case. The expected price should be $240 to $250 per case. We should have product in the next couple weeks.

Logix is pleased to announce we now have carrying cases for your DNP printers.

These are heavy duty and offer more protection than many brands. Built with extra thick 1” foam padding on all sides and a carrying strap built to handle a load, they are still reasonably priced.

One case will fit the DS40, DS80, DS620A, and DS820A is priced at $85.95. The second case is sized for the RX1 and RX1HS and is only $99.95.

Both offer an adjustable divider to accommodate the printer supplies, cords, etc. Additional features include a front zipper pouch for easy to lose items, an identification pocket for your business card, and bottom plastic floor skids for added support and will keep the bottom clean during normal transport. Both cases come with a one year warranty.
