Todays 2nd of personal training at the gym again at 6:30am and gonna try my Best to commit to it regardless if have two jobs or one along with it try my best to work on my mental state it will be a long journey and not gonna lie or sugar coat it I will crash and burn from time to time but that just means I’m human and making progress one way or another I don’t need anyone to understand or support even the supporte is very much appreciated it’s just something I just wanna post and share.
