Malika split her senior photos into two sessions last summer, and it was such a great way to bring her vision to life.

We started at the Denver Botanic Gardens and then met up again at City Park Golf Course — two completely different looks, both with incredible weather and the cutest outfits. And getting to photograph her out on the course was so fun to watch.

Sometimes, when you have a clear vision for your photos, it makes more sense to break things into two smaller sessions instead of trying to fit it all into one day.

Senior Feature: Penelope - Class of 2026

We met up on a chilly fall morning with Penelope, her mom, and their very cute dog ... and it turned into one of those sessions that just felt easy the whole time. Lots of laughs, great light, and no rush to leave at the end. We ended up hanging out and talking for almost an hour after.

Those are always my favorite kind of days.
