On January 1, 2014, I started donating 20% of my session cost to charity. 10% goes to a charity of the client's choice. The other 10% goes to the ALSA Rocky mountain chapter. On January 22, 2016, after going through a rigorous screening process, I announced that I am now a part of B Corporation. s standards required to earn B Corporation certification. Certified B Corporations are companies who believe it’s time to expand how success is measured in the business world, that for-profit businesses should be a force for good and who are collectively striving for "shared and durable prosperity."

UPDATE:
Due to weather I had to reschedule the mental health benefit mini sessions. I have scheduled a new date of the morning of July 17th.

As a mental health advocate, I’ve decided I’m going to do a little something fun.

The morning of July 17th I’m going to offer mini sessions. 5 images- 15 minutes, $125 and $50 will go to the non-profit NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness).

Doing the morning (starting at 8am) before the heat rolls in at Cheeseman park.

Holler if you need family pics, headshots, or just a fun session for your own mental well-being

Remember when I said how I was taking my kids pics? I put very little effort into now because they do not cooperate. At one point I got angry (of course) and told them “fine, if you can’t cooperate you can both come up with $300 and hire your own photographer to do your pics!!”

I hope you are all well, safe, and healthy. My family has been making large adjustments since school started, as I'm sure most of you have done as well. Life is different. But life is good, and I am thankful for that, and for all of you as well.

While life seems a bit 'off' right now, I am getting calls/emails already for fall sessions. All sessions for the foreseeable future will absolutely be socially distanced, and I will be wearing a mask.

So, to all my clients, just wanted to give you a holler as my September and October are already starting to fill.
