3/21 is World Down Syndrome Day!💙💛

For those who don't know, Down Syndrome occurs when there is a third copy (i.e. one extra) of the 21st chromosome, hence celebration on 3-21! Down Syndrome occurs in about 1 in 700 babies born and is the most common chromosomal condition diagnosed in the United States.

So posting my favorite happy little guy here for celebration (today and every day 🥰)

I took a long break between semesters that I felt like I really needed. Being a parent to a toddler while being in school full time is no joke. But this is my last semester, and I'm so proud of how I've made it this far. I couldn't have made it this far without every single hype person in my life.
