Thank you so much for the birthday wishes! I have been reminded time and time again that I am loved by everyone. I love my support system; it keeps me moving forward and staying strong to continue to be the man with a purpose that God created me to be. You have all shown me how much I have to be grateful for, and I wanted to say thank you and let you know how much I appreciate it.
Reflecting on my life after 40 years, the number one thing I have learned is that “health” is the most important thing on the list. Health means a lot more than most people realize. You can have all the money and the best things in the world, but you must put your full trust in God and focus on keeping your health in check.
Last year on my 40th birthday, I realized I was nearly 200 lbs (197 lbs to be exact). My blood pressure was high, and I was often tired and low on energy. To get my health back on track, I started trying a new diet, working out, intermittent fasting, and daily meditation. I began taking daily walks and strictly monitoring my carb, calorie, and sugar intake. 💪
By the grace of God, my recent blood work results looks very good. My blood pressure, visceral fat, and body fat have all gone down. I went from 197 lbs to 173 lbs! My goal is to continue to improve my health and stay positive. The reasons why I travel, dance, photography, filmmaking, and music—are what keep me happy which are good for the mental health. Always be willing to adapt to changes when things do not go the way you wanted in life.
As I always say: “You are the author of your life,” “Knowledge is Power,” and “Never give up!” ✨
Happy Birthday to me and everyone else celebrating today! I would also like to wish a Happy Memorial Day to our veterans and honor the memory of our fallen soldiers. 🇺🇸
Thank you for taking the time to read my message. 🎂❤️📷✨
