I realized I’ve never properly introduced myself in the five years I’ve been behind the camera… so I figured now is as good a time as any.
I’m Ashley—the face behind the camera (and, if I’m being honest, usually a little awkward in front of one).
While I’m incredibly proud of the small business I’ve built and the joy photography has brought into my life, my greatest accomplishment will always be my three boys. My husband and I have been together for 13 years, and together we’ve built a life that seems like a dream. We built our home on the very property he grew up on, and there’s something incredibly special about watching our children make memories on the same land where he and his brothers once did.
When I’m not behind the camera, I work part-time in a dental office as a CDA and dental radiographer. On my “off” days—between photography sessions and running my boys from one sport to the next—you’ll usually find me outdoors. My favorite days are made up of slow mornings, hot coffee, open windows, warm sunshine, and the sound of children’s laughter in the distance… but truthfully, my favorite days of all are often the ones with no plans at all.
I’m someone who will almost always say yes to an adventure, and I think that’s part of why I’ve fallen so deeply in love with photography. Every session is different. And my spin on photography is genuinely crafted from my heart. Every challenge is a chance to learn, grow, and become better at what I do.
