DECADENT TOLL HOUSE CHOCOLATE CHIP PIE 🍪🍫
📋 Ingredients:
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
2 large eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream (optional, for serving)
👩🍳 Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges as desired.
2️⃣ Prepare the Batter:
In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs until foamy.
Add the flour, granulated sugar, and brown sugar, and mix well until smooth.
Gradually stir in the melted butter until fully incorporated.
3️⃣ Add the Chocolate and Nuts:
Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts (if using) until evenly distributed.
4️⃣ Assemble the Pie:
Pour the batter into the prepared pie crust and spread it evenly.
