These are 🙌🏼

One studio. So many different ways to see it.

Jordyn Mayne brought her own perspective to every corner of The Atelier, turning textured walls, beautiful window light, and the simplest pieces of furniture into an entire collection of looks.

I especially love how effortlessly she moves between soft and editorial, proving that sometimes the most interesting thing you can bring into a space is your own creativity.

There’s a difference between having a quiet moment and having a quiet heart.

We can step away from our schedules, put down our work, and still carry the weight of a hundred things on our minds.

But Jesus offers us something deeper than a break from being busy. He offers us Himself.

“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28

What a beautiful reminder that we don’t have to get everything finished, figure everything out, or hold everything together before coming to Him.

We can come weary. We can come overwhelmed. We can come just as we are.

And find that the One who holds all things together has been faithfully holding us all along. 🤍

Oh my soul, this is exactly what we had in mind when we started decorating for Christmas. 🤍

The greenery, the warm lights, the cozy textures… and then a photographer comes in and makes it all look even better than we imagined.

These beautiful images by Dallas Fort Worth ETX Photographer are such a lovely example of how our Christmas spaces can take on a completely different feel through someone else’s lens.

And can we talk about that sweet little face and her big brown bow? 🥹

Sometimes the most beautiful moments are the ones that ask us to slow down long enough to notice.

The sunlight finding its way through the windows. The stillness before the day begins. The simple beauty of an ordinary day.

It’s easy to get caught up in everything we’re working toward, everything we hope to accomplish, and everything still left undone.

But the Lord is gracious to remind us that His goodness isn’t waiting for us somewhere in the future. It’s present in the ordinary moments of today.

“Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above.” — James 1:17

May we never become so busy pursuing what’s next that we overlook the goodness of the Lord in what’s already here. 🤍
