Join us for our upcoming ETX Doula Collective Childbirth Classes — a relaxed, hands-on class designed to help you feel informed, confident, and supported heading into labor, birth, and postpartum

This class includes a special session with an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) during the first hour, covering:
Breastfeeding basics
What to expect in the early postpartum days
Latch, milk supply, and newborn feeding support

The remainder of class will cover:
• Stages of labor
• Comfort measures + coping techniques
• Partner support
• Postpartum preparation
• What to actually expect during birth
