Thank you for all the new follows! I thought I’d do another little intro for those who don’t know me.

My name is Courtney and I’m the gal behind the camera. I started doing photography my junior year of high school. I went to college for commercial photography for a year then ultimately decided to do hair instead.

Throughout my 20s I did some photography here and there but then completely stopped for personal things going on in my life. Last year my boyfriend Matt encouraged me to pick it back up again, so here I am!

When I’m not taking photos you can find me hanging with my cats, tending to my garden, in the kitchen cooking or baking, painting, at the race track, playing volleyball, or on a walk.

Heat Race - Started poll finished 7th
C Feature - Started poll finished 1st
B Feature - Started 9th finished 8th

Was doing good in the heat race, kept it in 2nd and towards the end got a little too excited and spun out. In the C feature, car felt really good and obviously it worked in our favor. And in the B, worked our way up to a couple of spots away from the transfer spot. Then fell back to avoid a car that got spun out in front of us.

We know it’s not always easy to make those calls, but it can feel a little frustrating when cautions happen without any position change. Overall, not the outcome we wanted but the car is still in one piece. Congrats to our buddy Neil Pella Racing for dominating the A and snatching up the win!
