Feels like just yesterday we were running mini specials for fall family photos!

We are not just photographers, we are parents too. We know all about nap schedules, feeding schedules, toddler tantrums, the never ending whys of school agers and “I do it” from toddlers— that’s why we offer time efficient packages.
We know that developmentally kids are not built to sit still and smile.
So we’ll keep the posted stuff brief, if we need to try again after some candids, we can do that, we know kids might not want to sit but might be happy standing, we might have to throw in airplane or other play based poses, but we know kids. And we know how to get great photos of families. And make it a happy experience for everyone.

A few tips to get the most from your session— try to plan for a time when everyone is the happiest. If your kids are younger than four we’re not going to worry about golden hour as much as if they were able to have their nap and if their tummies are full😅 meet your kids where they’re at, comforting photos are just as special as happy photos. Lastly, everyone just stay in charge of your own face. It’s easy to forget about our own face when we’re trying to get our kiddos to smile!

Desserts: was the first baker I’ve worked with that nailed the inspo & made the best tasting cake I’ve ever had. (In the past I’ve used grocery store cakes, never again.)

Party venue: kindly let us rent her beautiful studio space, and is who I’ve trusted with photographing my family’s memories. She’s an amazing photographer & such a kind person. She’s delivered our favorite photos to this date.
