Ok I saved the best series, of any owl series I’ve ever shot, for last! Again right spot at the right time!!! THANK YOU Cynthia!!!!!

We saw the squirrel hanging around the bottom of the tree but it moved along as we made our way around for a different composition.

All of a sudden it was on a branch below the aware but resting screech!! Then it went back down a bit and popped up right overhead!! At one point (literally a split second) it reached its paw in but I was too excited to click lol lol!

Enjoy this awesomeness of nature!! Neither the 🐿️ nor 🦉 were harmed and as soon as they each realized the other was real, the Screech went into the hole and the squirrel split with the quickness!! 🤣🤣

My FIRST night experience with Screech owls!! I literally would have NEVER been able to get these shots without Cynthia ‘s help!!! I’m not usually a tripod shooter but handholding these shots is nearly impossible!!!

Bears of Parc Omega. I was blessed to stay on a last minute rate at the wolf lodge and a wonderful privilege of this accommodation is access to the private boardwalk to view bears and wolves. While these are not wild bears their habitats are very well done and the animals seem quite healthy and happy. Wild bears do enter the park on occasion.

While out on an owl workshop with the most lovely and super talented Cynthia Rand, we happened upon this hard working squirrel building its nest. It gathered leaves in front of us, then went across the road for more!! Enjoy the series 🍁🐿️🍁
