MY DEAR FRIENDS AND CLIENTSπ
I hope all is well and you have had a great start to 2022!
I wanted to let you know that I made a very difficult decision not to continue with the professional family and children portrait photography. It is an extremely bitter sweet for me as there is nothing I loved more than seeing you, my gorgeous beloved friends, every year and watching your beautiful children grow. My goal has always been to give you not only the most beautiful portraits of your family but also an experience to remember. To let go of any worries and life twists and just be in the moment and enjoy it. More often than not our sessions would not go according to the plan and then we all would team up and improvise: dance, jump, sing and do just about anything to make our adorable kiddos smile or give a good genuine laugh. And we always would pull it off! How amazing it has been to be on a team with the families who also aim at finding ways to connect and have the time of their life during our sessions! And believe me those experiences were for me just as valuable and rewarding, because I wold always come home recharged and feeling like I just had the best day ever though may be a little tired too.
Even though I have not defined my further creative path precisely yet, but there are a few avenues I would like to explore. Photography will always be my deepest passion and I will keep capturing the beauty of nature and life around me just because I cannot imagine not to. There also has been a number of personal projects I have been wanting to fulfill for quite a while now and of course the never ending dilemma of balancing family life and commitments with running a professional business. I had the best time planning our sessions, finding creative solutions, props and the best locations, thinking of games and jokes to make kids laugh. And then there was this business side, which has never been my jam and I would find myself kicking and screaming (figuratively, of course) for hours or days before I would start taking steps for developing or growing my business. And over the years I realized that I am more a creative than a business person and the load of business tasks started taking away from the joy and happiness pure creative photography has been for me. Thatβs where is started anyway and I decided that for me itβs very important to keep it that way.
I truly hope we could keep our friendships and stay in touch through social media or in real life. I will continue posting photographs in hope that they will inspire or brighten your day. I cannot thank you enough for letting me capture fun happy moments for your families over these years! Our sessions enriched my life more than you will ever know too!
And of course, if you need a referral, let me know and I will be more than happy to give you names of my amazing, incredible photographer-friends or professional photographers from the area I follow and admire myself.
SO THANK YOU A MILLION FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART AND TILL SOON π
