I have got to give props to this girl. Aside from her obvious outward beauty, Erika genuinely has a beautiful heart and soul. She’s got the heart, drive, and fierceness of a lioness. She will fight mightily to protect those she loves and what she believes in. And at the same time, will gently care for those she holds dear. She knows who she is, is confident in herself, wise beyond her years, and is her own person, which is more than we can say for many adults! Erika, the world is yours. You will do great and wonderful things with your life. I am honored to be not only your photographer, but your friend. I have watched you grow over the last 12 years from an adorable little girl to a striking and powerful young woman. You are like a niece to me. And I wish I could have been more like you when I was your age.
