Every once in a while, a photography job turns into something a little more special than just taking pictures. ❤️
I recently had the chance to create some promo images for Opa’s Learning Academy in Columbia, and y’all… I kind of wanted to stay and hang out.
Opa’s is a small learning environment for children with exceptional abilities, and there was just something so special about the atmosphere. The kind of place where kids can be themselves, learn in a way that works for them, and be surrounded by people who see their potential.
As a photographer, I get to visit all kinds of places and meet all kinds of people, but every now and then, you walk into a space that just feels different. This was one of those places.
I’m so glad I got to spend a little time there, and I wanted to share them with you all because the work they’re doing deserves to be seen.
