I cannot believe this sweet girl is ONE!

It feels like not even a couple months ago I took pictures of her as a newborn. She's such a doll, and her and her sissy are the cutest!!

My first session of the season! And it was a beautiful maternity session with a gorgeous Mama and her sweet family at the beach!

I could not have asked for a more beautiful day and the sweetest family to work with. Samantha looks so great and shone so bright in each photo. I'm so happy to have gotten so many memorable moments for them before they welcome their sweet baby to the world!

I just love these sneak peeks of Princess Adalyn! Her mom had the best idea to celebrate her turning 4 by capturing moments in her favorite princess dresses!

My oldest daughter saw me editing these and was absolutely obsessed. So I'm definitely going to have to use this idea!

Watching this sweet girl grow up over the years has been so special. Thank you for letting me be the one to photograph her over the years, Rachel!!

Happy New Year!!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas filled with love and family!

I'm over the moon to be able to share these sneak peeks of a lifestyle newborn session. How precious is the first photo of Mama and her two girls? It's definitely one of my favorites!

I have two girls of my own, so naturally I'm biased - being a girl mom is so fun! The personalities are strong, but I guess they get it from somewhere, haha. I can't wait to hear about the friendship sweet Emory develops with her big sister when she gets older!

I had such a great time with this family. Thank you for letting me be the one to freeze these precious moments in time.

I LOVED every bit of this maternity session!

The whole family is so incredibly sweet! Elizabeth is beautiful and she makes pregnancy look so effortless. And their sweet girl is excited to be a big sister! She reminded me of my two girls which I absolutely loved.

The day itself was also wonderful. It was actually pretty warm in December, haha, so it worked in our favor!

I can't wait to work on the rest!

Here are sneak peeks from Jen's family session!

The overcast and super chilly weather didn't knock us down! Entirely! Because it was very very chilly. I'm always so impressed with my clients who brave the weather in these instances because you truly cannot tell how they were shivering!

Jen and her family were SO amazing! Even though we were braving the tundra, they had such warm spirits. I love working with Jen; she is one of the nurses I can go to for anything and she keeps me laughing all the time! Thank you so much for allowing me to photograph your family this season!!

Here are some sneak peeks from Ana's family session!

Thank you so much Ana for trusting me to capture your beautiful family! I got to photograph not only her adult children and their spouses, but also her grandchildren! Everyone was so kind and willing to listen to my suggestions even though it was beyond freezing outside! It wasn't this cold last week, and I think everyone hid their shivers behind warm smiles so, so well!

Starting December out so special!

I love getting to photograph families again after so much time has passed! And it was also nice that I know them personally, so I got to be casual and playful with them while simultaneously achieving something so beautiful! Not to mention we all froze with this weather!! One of the mantras of the session was to "think warm thoughts!" They all did so great, you can't even tell they were standing and smiling in what felt like the Antarctic winds!

Happy Thanksgiving!!

I'm so thankful for Sierra and Oscar for letting me photograph their pregnancy announcement, her maternity photos, and now their family session that sweet girl is here! I always have so much fun with them and Irmo Town Park was the perfect fall location for this family session!

This extended family session was so wonderful!

The weather was perfect, and the family was so incredibly sweet. Grami was the star of the whole session, and I think she is so beautiful!

Even the smaller kids were so happy and camera ready. We breezed right on through. I'm so happy I got to capture so many sweet moments with everyone! I couldn't have asked for anything better!!
