I took this last summer during lunch on one of many field trips. We had so much fun at Rockhill Trolley. The conductors were friendly and willing to answer any and all questions from the kids (or the kids at heart)! I highly recommend a visit!

There's a poem that has been tweaked for moms and dads; it goes like this:

Walk alongside me, Mama and hold my little hand.
I have so many things to learn that I don't yet understand.

Teach me things to keep me safe from dangers everyday.
Show me how to do my best at home, at school, at play.

Every child needs a gentle hand to guide them as grow.
So walk alongside me, mama; we have a long way to go.

Poetry.com credits this poem to Sammi Smithyman, though I'm not sure who the original belongs to. This picture reminds me of the poem.
