Jonah 🤍

I photographed this beautiful family and little Jonah when he was just shy of 2 weeks old. I could have photographed this family all day long. The boys had so much fun with their cars and baby brother. How fast this past year has flown by (hands up whose with me?!

I still have some beautiful content to share from this past year that I have yet to post (I have been playing catch-up due to my own kiddos keeping me busy!)

I loved everything about this session and rather late than never on the sharing. I look forward to seeing how you’ve grown beautiful boy!

The Baltic chill and snow covered world outside has me reminiscing and thinking back to this beautiful session this past year, when the golden hour was fierce but soft. This beautiful baby girl brings such light and love to this family and they were a dream to photograph. It’s sessions and moments like these that have me pinching myself. Is this really my job? Because it feels surreal how wonderful it is to be invited in to capture life altering moments and memories like these. The little feet. The chubby little cheeks. The complete trust and bond between mother and baby. The emotional intimacy of the family. The love that years of small and big moments wove them together. The vulnerability and strength that is apparent all at once, simultaneously.

Due to my daughter’s hospitalization, all galleries will be delayed two weeks. To my birth clients (on call), we have already communicated and you’ve been amazing. Thank you so much for all the support, patience, and well wishes.

And most importantly,
thank you for the understanding:

the understanding that I am not only human and a business owner, but that my most important titles are mother and wife. Thank you for the grace to be present for my family during this time.

My family is so blessed to have so many wonderful members in the community as clients that support our family and I feel overwhelmingly valued at the fact that I get to serve these amazing people in my community year around.
