The Northwoods Art Fair has been annually for many years now. This one has the addition of an Estate Sale. Sat. July 2, 9am to 4pm and Sun. July 3, 10am to 4pm. on Douglas Lake (Pellston, MI).

Once again I'm housing selected photos from the Douglas Lake Loon cameras to share with everyone. This is possible through their Loon Nesting Preservation project. There are 4 nests and one may begin nesting by April 28. You can get the link by going to the DLIA website, Loon post -

Since 1992, we have been practicing loon preservation by constructing nesting platforms. Loons prefer to nest on islands to distance themselves from predators.
