A Light in the Darkness
“I have also spoken by the prophets, and I have multiplied visions, and used similitudes, by the ministry of the prophets.” - Hosea 12:10
What’s happening in France right now is not a surprise. God has sent many prophets and warnings. They mocked God at their Olympics. Then a similitude happened. The power went out in Paris just after they did it, the only light left, an old church on a hill.
I warned back then that dark days were coming upon the land. You can’t reject God and honor demons and expect things to continue to be pleasant. The devil knows only how to steal, kill, and destroy. Yet there is still always a light.
God’s hand is stretched out still. His mercies are new every morning. If there is still breath in your lunges there is still space for repentance. Cry out to God. There is redemption for those who humble themselves and seek it. If darkness is upon you, run to the light. If you are the light, make sure that you shine bright. This is what revival really looks like. Hope to the hopeless, help to the helpless, peace to the fearful, comfort to the broken, a light in the darkness.
