Updated Policies & Important Information
Model Calls
Please only schedule a model call if you are committed to attending. Model calls are conducted for promotional and advertising purposes, and cancellations or no-shows delay the process and limit the availability of images needed for marketing.
• Clients who cancel or fail to attend a scheduled model call will be ineligible for future model call opportunities.
• All fees and signed contracts for model calls are due at the time of booking.
• If payment and required paperwork are not completed within 12 hours of booking, your appointment will be removed from the calendar and made available to other clients.
Mini Sessions
Mini sessions are designed for one family only. Due to the limited 15-minute time frame, there is not enough time to accommodate multiple families during a single mini session appointment.
Recording Devices Policy
No cameras, cell phones, video cameras, or other recording devices are permitted during your session.
If recording devices are used during the session, the session will be terminated immediately and will not continue. No refunds will be provided.
Retainer Policy
A signed contract and retainer payment are required at the time of booking.
• Your session date and time will not be reserved until both the signed contract and retainer have been received.
• All sessions require a retainer to secure the appointment.
• Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Please do not request that a retainer be transferred to another session or refunded.
Session Balance Policy
The remaining balance for your session must be paid in full no later than one week prior to your scheduled session date.
• Sessions will not take place unless payment has been received in full before the session begins.
• Cash payments on the day of the session (including applicable taxes) will only be accepted if prior arrangements have been made.
Rescheduling Policy
While I strive to be flexible with scheduling changes, repeated reschedules impact availability.
• After two reschedules, the original retainer will be forfeited.
• A new retainer will be required to secure a new session date.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in:
• A $25 cancellation fee.
• Forfeiture of the session retainer.
If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your session, the cancellation fee will not apply. Exceptions within the 24-hour period will only be considered in the case of genuine emergencies.
