ā˜€ļøIt’s here: the summer session for extended family and friends. ā˜€ļø

The lake house you’ve returned to for years.

The beach vacation everyone looks forward to all winter.

The cousin table at dinner.

Ice cream after sunset…

The annual trip where grandparents, siblings, lifelong friends, and growing children all find themselves together in the same place once again.

And so often, the person working hardest to create those memories is the one missing from the photographs.

That’s why I created the Summer Vacation Collection.

A storytelling experience designed for families and friends spending intentional time together during annual vacations and seasonal traditions. So you can put your phone away, be fully present, and trust that the moments unfolding around you are being preserved.

Some moments only happen once a year but they’re worth remembering.

Now booking Summer 2026 + 2027. Serving NJ and beyond.

I think I’ve found it. Finally.

Motherhood on Film project update:

I’m at the point where I’m wondering if I’ve spent years trying to edit digital photographs into a feeling that film gives naturally.

I was so surprised to see how the photos on film turned out.

The colors (look at this natural warmth!)
The internal blur (which I love, the first image is so dreamy!)
The way ordinary moments suddenly feel remembered instead of photographed.

I can’t fully explain it yet but I’m becoming convinced this is the direction I’ve been looking for all along.

Now I want to shoot every type of film I can get my hands on. I’m not chasing trends, it’s a feeling, and I want more of this.

I’m so grateful for my first Motherhood on Film subjects and baby Nell. I’ll be reaching out this week to those of you who have expressed interest in experimenting with me. If you are interested please reach out! šŸ¤

I’d love to know which of these you like best!

Honoring mothers is what I love doing most. Last year, I shared something small for the families who come back and for this Mother’s Day (just around the corner!) I’m doing it again.

It feels a little like a tradition now.

As a thank you, I’m holding a returning family gift, a $200 credit toward any 2026 collection.

Not as a promotion, but just something a little more personal.

A way of honoring the trust, the connection, and the stories we’ve already started telling together.

If I’ve photographed your family before, this is for you.
If you’ve been thinking about documenting this chapter,
I would love to photograph you again.

Please DM, call/text/email to schedule your session.

Happy Mother’s Day (soon!)
šŸ¤,
Tammy

Part 2 of this story is all about big sibling energy.

Three years old.
Full of personality.
Always on the move.

And that’s exactly what I love.

All moms want sibling shots which may seem impossible sometimes but with the right expectations and a go-with-the-flow attitude, we make it happen.

Maybe he’ll kiss or squeeze his new baby sister just a bit too hard… a quick accidental poke in the eye perhaps? Or maybe he walks all over the blanket we just smoothed out. I get it. I’ve seen it over and over and it’s all part of the experience of toddlerhood. Still, I love capturing it all because it’s real life.

They’re wriggly, they need your attention and they have big emotions. But they also have ā€œbig loveā€ for their new BFF.

It’s so sweet how much they really do love their baby sibling. 🄹

So so sweet ā¤ļøšŸ„¹

ā€œI’m worried our apartment might be too smallā€¦ā€

It’s a common concern and if you’re in the NYC area you may be able to relate.

But we’ll address this together during your consultation. Things like light, layout, your favorite parts of the rooms, even a hallway you might not think about. There are lots of possibilities.

With a bit of window light, a cozy corner and your family’s natural vibe you’ll quickly see how it all comes together.

Your space doesn’t need to be big to be meaningful.

Sharing Part 1 of the Beck family. Part 2 will be all about big sibling energy… Coming up next.

Thank you for trusting me to document this special part of your family’s journey. šŸ¤

So many needs and different directions… the baby needs you one way and your first born needs you in others.

Yet somehow, you hold it all together. Without thinking, without pausing, you instinctively know how to be there for each of them.

Arms always full, clothes tugged at and stained, and your attention is diverted a thousand times a day.

But, you’re connected and fueled by unconditional love.

A quiet feeding, a burst of Spider-Man superpowers, it’s all fulfilling. And real.

Every session unfolds uniquely. Some are soft and minimal, some are layered and expressive.

Warmth, movement, connection… real motherhood captured in a way that feels authentic to you.

It was so hard to choose just this handful of photos! ā¤ļø Love love love

It’s so easy to get caught up with life that you don’t realize the moments you will treasure most and want to remember are happening in your everyday routines.

Motherhood is rich and detailed. It’s in rhythms, quiet and chaos. It’s the way you hold them, it’s bath time routines and Saturday morning pancakes.

The moments that shape their childhood and your motherhood experience are rarely documented. And that’s because you’re living it everyday. But, there’s a way to hold on it.

With Mother’s Day approaching, I have something special.

The Motherhood Edit: I’m offering a small number of sessions now through May, a focused experience designed around the moments you’re living right now, your life as it is, captured with intention.

And, something extra special: if there’s a mother in your life who gives so much of herself and may not think to do something like this, you are invited to nominate her.

The Motherhood Edit includes:
• 45 minute session
• 25 thoughtfully curated and edited images
• Guidance to shape your session around your routines
• $200 credit to expand your gallery

Cost $800 ($400 to book, $400 the day of your session)
A limited number will be held now through May.

To book or submit a nomination, please send me a message or simply comment that you’re interested and I’ll reach out.

I would be honored to document your motherhood moments.
