My second time photographing this sweet family in the Berkshires.

Ben’s dad was funny as ever and a new baby has since joined the crew! I took some solo shots of grandma because every matriarch deserves fresh portraits (Marilyn told me she has a lot of friends in the city.) Melanie and I have kept in touch on Instagram since their first session in 2023 and it was so fun to see them again.

And yes, I’ve been bringing a stool (literally from my kitchen) to my family sessions this year and am loving how much fun this added prop has been. 😅

R&T tied the knot on an overcast day in May with their closest friends and family. Before the ceremony at Roeliff Jansen Park (a breathtaking 300-acre farm in Hillsdale NY) we took portraits at R’s family home where the sun peeked out just a bit for us!

“We have been dating for more than 2 years and I am certain I want her to be my wife.” 🥹

A’s inquiry instantly reminded me how lucky I am to work with such genuine, kind people who truly value photography and the moments behind it. Proposal sessions are extra special, I get to help take the stress out of planning so my couples can stay present and soak it all in followed by some fun couples portraits after 🤍 moments they’ll treasure forever!
