Allison.knox.photography Central Iowa Wedding, Family & Newborn Photographer I started this journey a few years ago after my daughter was born with the idea of her telling the story.

With the encouragement of my husband (Travis) and many friends I decided to branch out and help capture the stories of others. As many of you know, May has brought a lot of change — both personally and professionally. With a recent shift in my full-time career and some reflection on where my heart truly is, I’ve decided to make a few changes within my photography business as well.

Moving forward, I’ll be focusing more on family-centered photography and creating a schedule that allows for a better balance at home and work. This means:

• Fewer studio sessions
• More lifestyle and home-based sessions
• A more limited booking schedule overall
• Most importantly- no more Sunday sessions

I’m incredibly grateful for every person who has supported my business along the way, and I’m excited for this next chapter and the direction it’s heading.
