I’ve been MIA for a while now. Just overwhelmed by the changes that are happening so fast. It’s hard not to fall into a state of panic, with the constant stream of bad news and the scared looks on people’s faces.

Yesterday I adventured to Lake Michigan, and out there, nothing has changed. Almost like a time warp. But it got too cold, so I got back in the car and headed back into the city of sadness and worry.

Just to clarify, it’s ok to hike, walk, explore. 6 feet inside is the same as 6 feet outside. Don’t be afraid to get fresh air. Alone, or with the people you are quarantining with. ❤️ @ Good Harbor Bay Beach

Today has been one of those long days where you feel like it’s lasted several days. But I got in a visit to my childhood home and that always cheers up my heart.

So here’s a sunset from my hometown beach, from last weekend.
