Hello all!

I now have a form for all clients to fill out when scheduling an appointment. This will be sent to all clients prior to payment and scheduling for a session!

I have run into a couple of instances where something like this would have been so helpful and these problems could have easily avoided, so I’m hoping this helps both you and I have the best experience possible🤍
