I made my first loaf of bread using zucchini yesterday. Chocolate, chocolate chip. I realized my family wasn't a big fan of eating zucchini so why not bake with it! I was worried how it was going to come out tasting. Tastes normal but my oldest still wouldn't eat it knowing there was zucchini in it ðŸĪĶ‍♀ïļ. Not sure what the zucchini does for the bread ðŸĪ·â€â™€ïļ i wouldnt consider it healthy after all the sugar I put in it.

I truly love fall, I know everyone says that but I really do. Like, I enjoy Halloween more than any other holiday. I would rather go to haunted houses and pumpkin patches than an amusement park ðŸĪ·â€â™€ïļ. I love dressing up and would never normally craft but if it's for a good costume than I pull out all the stops. Last year I paper mache an asteriod costume. With all this being said. I'm not ready for summer to be over quite yet. It's been too chilly the last few days. What is going on ðŸĪŠ?

How is it that I've managed to get strep throat twice this year but not corona....? At least with strep I know what I am in for and can knock it out with anitbiotics but it sure does kick my trash for a few days first. ðŸĪ’ Being a mother to young kids makes being sick extremely difficult. They destroy, make giant messes, need diaper changes and constant care/attention. Even if I turn on a show for them they still end up in my room. ðŸĪĶ‍♀ïļ

I never want summer to end. Normally I am over the moon excited for school to start but, not this year. This year will definitely be difficult and different for everyone. My middle child has been looking forward to the day when he could ride the bus and go to the same school as his brother. That day was supposed to happen this month. Instead, he will he stuck at home with me being his teacher along with his brother. I am trying to be optimistic.
