I recently received a request from the partner of a former collaborator to remove a photograph, citing the model's retirement. As standard practice, I secure signed releases from all models prior to sharing photographs and solicit their feedback on posted content to ensure their approval. Should a model opt for retirement, they may request removal of specific images, which I would likely accommodate. Furthermore, if the model's presence in the photographs could potentially jeopardize their safety, I would consider removing the content. Nonetheless, I expect direct communication and transparency regarding the requester's identity and purpose, rather than receiving demands without proper introduction or context.
