Due to recent requests by previous models and/or parent guardians to remove photos from this medium/public access portfolio, Sapphire Wings Photography would like to issue this reminder concerning our consent form/model release that is signed as a requirement before any photos were taken. It reads:
”Photography Consent Form/Model Release
I (your printed name), hereby grant permission to Sapphire Wings Photography to take and use photographs and/or digital images of myself. I further (give or do not give consent) for said materials to be used in promotional publications and/or websites. I agree that my name and identity (may be revealed or not revealed) in descriptive text or commentary in connection with the image(s). I authorize the use of these images indefinitely without compensation to me. All negatives, positives, prints and digital reproductions shall be the property of Sapphire Wings photography.

Please take note that with the model or parent/legal guardian’s signature this consent form constitutes a legal contract stating what Sapphire Wings Photography can and cannot do with its intellectual property as so granted by the model/legal guardian. Requests for removal of digital images posted on this medium are currently under review. Should it be determined that the posting of these images on this medium constitute a violation of the previously established contract, they will of course be removed with our sincerest apologies. Should the posting of these images be determined to indeed be lawful in accordance with the previously established contract, they will remain posted on this medium in the digital portfolio as the property of Sapphire Wings Photography however, requests to have names and other identifying information such as hyperlinks to subject websites and/or social networking pages can be removed on a case by case basis following discussion and approval by the photographer. All previous consent forms/contract are kept on file and should any persons desire, a copy will be forwarded to you via email for your reference.
