This year, you can mail your letter while there so Santa can take it back to the North Pole with him!
The booking link will show you time slots for Sunday, November 6th and 13th.
Pick the time that works best for you, please keep in mind that once you pick a time you cannot change it.
Time slots are only 10 minutes. If you are late, that time will come off your 10 minute spot.
It is important to arrive 10 minutes BEFORE your session time to prevent this and to be fair to those who are on time.
Your time slot retainer is a $25 non-refundable retainer and is due within 24 hours of picking your time. If I have not received your payment within 24 hours, I will give your spot away, no exceptions. 1 week before the minis, the remainder of your balance will be due.
Once you retainer is received, you will be emailed your contract & COVID-19 Liability Waiver.
Your Contact and Waiver need to be signed and completed before their expiration date (will be on the contract). No Contract? No session. No Exceptions

These will be in Lee's Summit, MO.- The address will be listed in the top portion of your contract

I am taking extra precautions to keep everyone safe and healthy. Per usual, you will need to wait in your car until the session before you has finished and the family is in their vehicle leaving. This also helps prevent any pets and children from getting distracted by arrivals. If you or any of your family members have had a fever within 48 hours prior to your session or have any COVID-19 symptoms- WE WILL RESCHEDULE!
I cannot guarentee a reschedule with Santa, but can guarantee you a later session date with the same amout of images delivered. Please do your part in keeping others safe- Do not come to your session if you are sick.

You only need to pay the $25 deposit to hold down your time slot and then a week before the minis you pay the remaining balance.
Remember, the $25 deposit goes towards the package you choose.

There are NO refunds and payment is NOT allowed to be transferred to other sessions. If you would like to sell your spot to a friend that’s perfectly fine! Just let me know as soon as possible so I can contact them directly.

Session is indoors, weather can't stop us this year!!
🌲 ARE PETS ALLOWED? 🌲
Absolutely you can bring your fur baby! All fur babies need to be on a leash and cleaned up after if necessary.
🌲 WHEN WILL I HAVE MY IMAGES? 🌲
If your session is November 6th, your images will be ready by November 15th!
If your session is November 13th, your images will be ready by November 30th!
🌲 CAN I PURCHASE HOLIDAY CARDS? 🌲
YES! Holiday Cards with matching envelopes are available in packs of 10 for $25 each.
An example of designs will be available for your to choose from.
Cards are mailed to me and then mailed out to the address listed on your booking- If you would like to pick them up instead of having them mailed, that is perfectly fine! I can meet you somewhere in Lee's Summit that will be convenient for both of us. Mail can run slow therefore I cannot guarantee when your cards will arrive via mail.
🌲 WHY IS THERE A TAX CHARGE? 🌲
Like any other legitimate business, Four Butterflies Photography is required to charge the States Sales Tax.
