I think I am falling in love with dim, romantic lighting. The Belvedere Inn is an artistic playground for photographers and I was loving every minute of it! Thank you to the wonderful and friendly staff that made this session possible.

When I was a second shooter in CT I was in charge of off camera flash. With that experience under my belt, I developed the correct knowledge for low light situations. And let me tell you, it's FUN!! Please send me more of these types of shoots 🙏🏻

That storm was CRAZY?? When does it ever hail in JUNE! I have to say I'm not complaining about the moody storm clouds coming in.

Now being a mama of three littles, maternity sessions are some of my absolute favorites to photograph. The anticipation of meeting a little person is indescribable.

What eye color will they have? Will they look like mommy or daddy? What will their personality be like?

I'm the type of photographer that rejoices with you. Baby arriving soon? WOOOO! Got engaged? YES YES YES! Getting married? THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! No matter what phase of life, I am genuinely beyond excited to capture your journey with you.

I am falling in love with strong sunlight. I can't full explain it. It's one of those things in Art School that I learned to almost avoid. Look for shady areas. Smooth out lines on the face. Don't shoot directly into the sun. HOW BORING!

OBSESSED. I mean, how could I not be.

Emma + Jack's love story is one of the most beautiful I have ever heard. These two met at church and later realized they got baptized the same day. Their lives were truly knit together by God + I cannot wait to see what the future holds for both of them. ✝

As an artist I love breaking out of the "norm" of photography and create real, raw art that is unique for each client. Every couple has a vibe and I like to run with it.
