Hurray hurray! The Great Dickens Christmas Fair returns indoors, weekends starting Nov. 19th, and running through Dec. 18th, including Thanksgiving Friday! In addition to our usual wonderful staff, Mrs. Piper's has installed a hospital grade air purifier for the safety of the staff and our lovely visitors. Please join us!

The experience lives on

Like most other in-person events, The Dickens Fair was forced to cancel its 2020 season. But beginning Saturday, November 21, and on each of the five weekends through December 20 plus Christmas Eve, fans will be able to visit https://dickensfair.com/dickens-fair-at-home for a variety of holiday experiences including free access to videos such as Charles Dickens reading A Christmas Carol, the Coventry Carolers (with downloadable sheet music), Punch & Judy puppet shows, recipes and so much more!

Dear Gentlepersons.

One of our own has family that has lost his home in the paradise fire. If you are able to support this hard working firefighter, in this season of giving, please do so.

Skip and Darla and their two sons lived in Magalia which is directly north of the town of Paradise. They've recently lost their home to the California Camp fire which engulfed most of the homes in the area. Skip is a fire fighter and has served the Butte County community for the past 15 years...

Had a wonderful experience. Even though we waited so long for the picture taken, the staff are super nice and sweet. They were able to dress my friend and I super nice. Will definitely come back and check them out again.
