Photographers - what’s the craziest thing that’s ever happened to you on a shoot? I’ll go first.

I’m photographing this beautiful family on the beach when the husband suddenly realizes… his wedding band is gone. Fell off. Somewhere. In the sand.

We knew the general area, but I mean — what are the odds of finding a ring under ALL that sand?! We searched for a bit, but golden hour waits for no one and we were losing light fast. They decided to keep going with the session (because truly… needle in a haystack).

At the very end, I couldn’t let it go. I ran back to the spot, said a little prayer, started digging and…

I FOUND IT!!

We couldn’t believe it! I think I’m still in shock 🤣😮‍💨
