Read below to learn a little bit of my background!!

My Passion for photography started in 2020. I was a freshman in college during covid and was struggling with classes and learning in general as everything was online. I remember I signed up for a photography history class and my professor suggested I take an actual photography course, as that was the only class I was doing excellent in at the time. It was funny because photography was only an elective course for my major Architectural Interior Design. But I found myself loving this new found hobby. And as it turned out I was really good at it. It even grew me out of my shell and pushed my comfort levels.

Flash forward to summer and I had a part time job at Urban Outfitters. I was really struggling with my mental health at the time and decided to take a break from school. I was eventually offered a Full time Key holder position at Urban Outfitters. I started doing photography for our social media at our local store and every single picture I posted was put onto the main Urban Outfitters platform. It was my dream come true and boosted my confidence! But unfortunately this job wasn’t a good fit for me, so I decided to move on. I was taking photos on the side and eventually started to help run other social media accounts! One even being a local salon. I learned so much and my passion grew even more.

And then MY CAMERA BROKE. I was devastated and have taken a longgg break but recently i’ve had that urge and passion again so pulled the trigger and got my camera back ❤️

So between my camera breaking and now I moved to Vero Beach Florida from Leavenworth Kansas and have really started to focus on my career and myself!! I work full time at. A pampered life and I want to start this hobby of mine again!

My photography styled used to be more modern urban but I’m so exited to try new things and be create with my previous photography style! Now living at the beach I definitely could see a more coastal but modern vibe to come out 🤍

So here’s to new chapters!!

I love being in this environment with .lilacroots and .lilacroots!

Can’t wait to see how the salon expands and makes clients hair dreams come true just like mine. Anytime someone asks where to get their hair done this will always be my #1 recommendation 💓
