Have you ever considered a cruise? We love to cruise with Carnival. It’s cold outside and thinking warmer thoughts today. We love cruising for the ease of travel, seeing multiple destinations, enjoying the wonders God has surrounded us with. I included a few pictures from our travels to Cozumel, Jamaica, and Grand Cayman.

🙏🌴Philippians 4:8 Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is fair, whatever is pure, whatever is acceptable, whatever is commendable, if there is anything of excellence and if there is anything praiseworthy — keep thinking about these things.🌴☀️

I went exploring today and made it to Lauderdale by the Sea. You have to pay to park. They had restaurants like Mulligans, the Pier Cafe, Aruba Beach Cafe, and the Village Grille. A menacing looking storm rolled in as I arrived, so rainy pictures. I huddled in the cafe and visited with the nice waiter. Lauderdale by the Sea had a large pavillion, gazebos scatterred around, and Adirondack chairs with umbrellas to sit in from the public parking areas to the beach. The pier says open 24 hours, and I imagine on a clear day would have been beautiful. Plenty of fisherman still trying to fish even in the heavy rain. The only one dressed for the ocasion was the captain at Aruba Beach Cafe.😉😂

We went for a drive to downtown Stuart and grabbed a cup of coffee and quiche at Stuart Coffee, went for a walk down the Historic Sailfish Trail. There are restaurants, shops, history, and beautiful views here in downtown Stuart. The Cafe Martier is in the old Arcade & Post Office building and used to be a speakeasy. The Board Room looked like a restaurant with waterside seating where you could get a drink and enjoy the water lapping at the dock. The Gypsea Cottage had some perfect Halloween Decor, super trendy.

This little guy has been on my list of things I wanted to see for myself while in Florida. He was just a little one. They are red, blue, and usually shiny like a classic car. He was hanging out by the canal spillway down our road. He’s a blue land crab.

I went to the Deerefield Beach Pier, Cafe, and Seaspray Inlet Grill overlooking an inlet with a drawbridge. The water was clear, beautiful, and changing color with the sun and clouds. You could clearly see huge fish, the tiny fish, the needlenose blue fish (my new favorite), and a stingray swimming through the waves at the pier. It was a gorgeous but still very hot day.
😃Enjoy the wonders God has created for us! The intricacies of it all are astounding. Thank you Lord! 🙏🏻

🌴Job 12:7 “But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds in the sky, and they will tell you;
8 or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish in the sea inform you.
9 Which of all these does not know that the hand of the LORD has done this?
10 In his hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind.🌴

Video from Juno Beach Pier. It was a beautiful day. You can hear the shells clinking in the waves and thunder in the distance.

We have moved from the panhandle to South Florida. There’s lots of new places to explore. The biggest difference is this area is alot of locals and less tourists. The closest pier to our new home is Juno Beach Pier and it is GORGEOUS! I wasn’t sure if we would find this beautiful colored water like there is in the panhandle. Juno Beach blew me away. Right under the pier there is a pile of shells and as the waves come up, you can hear the shells make a magical tinkling sound. Videos to come. The waves are soft and it was a calm day even though there were storms in the area.

Thank you Lord for the beauty you gave us to enjoy. 🙏🏻

A year ago we went for a drive and our destination was Port St Joe. Once we got there, we kept going and went through Apalachicola and over the bridge to St George Island. We love to visit lighthouses and the St George Lighthouse did not disappoint. They have a 2 story gift shop and museum filled with the history of the lighthouse. The island itself looked like it had everything you could want. Easy parking, restaurants, and easy beach access.

Let your light shine! 🕯
“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven. Matthew 5:14 -16
