Troy Shay Photography I am used to wearing transition glasses that makes the world slightly darker than most people see it.

Much of my photography imitates my sight by taking a bright landscape and turning it down a few notches.

At first, everyone thought Jacob was about to deliver a heartfelt karaoke performance.
He grabbed the microphone, took on a serious expression, and started singing with complete confidence. Guests stopped what they were doing and turned their attention to the stage, expecting an emotional ballad.
Then everyone realized the song was "Am I a Man or Am I a Muppet?"
The room went from quiet anticipation to complete laughter in seconds.
Aubrey couldn't stop laughing. Friends and family stood frozen in disbelief before bursting into smiles. And Jacob? He committed to the performance the entire time.
Moments like these are what make wedding receptions unforgettable. Not the perfectly planned parts, but the unexpected moments that have everyone talking and laughing long after the wedding day is over.
And judging by the reactions, this karaoke performance is going to be remembered for a very long time.

Aubrey and Jacob's wedding reception was one of those nights that reminds you what weddings are really about. The speeches were filled with stories that touched the heart and jokes that had the entire room laughing through their tears. Family and friends celebrated not just a marriage but a lifetime of memories that had already brought them all together.
As the night went on, there were long hugs, happy tears, and slow dances where the rest of the room seemed to disappear. In those quiet moments, it was easy to see that their love isn't just found in the big milestones. It's in the gentle embraces, the shared smiles, and the way they make each other feel at home.
A night full of laughter. A night full of tears. A night they'll never forget.

Olga and Richard reminded me that wedding photos don't always have to be serious.

After their wedding, we headed out into Las Vegas and turned the city into our backdrop. From the Las Vegas sign to the Bellagio, they were up for anything. Olga even brought a few props that made the whole experience even more fun.

One of my favorite parts of photographing weddings is when couples let their personalities come through. The best images usually happen when people stop worrying about posing and just enjoy being together.

You could tell Olga and Richard were having the time of their lives, and I was honored to be the one capturing those moments for them.

Near the end of the photo session, Mia's eyes lit up. "Let's take photos over there". Denis looked over at me and gave me the nod. After a few snaps he got the ring out and proposed. Mia had chosen the very spot that Denis proposed.

Laz and Sasha’s wedding was something special.
Sasha and I actually studied photography together at UNLV, so being the one to capture her wedding day meant a lot to me.
Watching her and Laz together, you don’t have to look hard to see it. Their connection is effortless.
